Pricing

One catering conversion pays for the year.

The average catering order is around $400 with 80% margin, and a repeat office customer (weekly Tuesday lunch) is ~$16K of annual margin. Pricing tracks the value created, not the cost recovered.

How the tiers actually differ

Signals: where prospects come from

Geographic targeting finds companies within 5–10 miles of your restaurant — that's all of Starter. Intent signals (Pro+) layer on companies actively in catering-buying mode: hiring spurts, recent funding, new office openings, growth-stage indicators. News Flashes (Premium only) flag specific events worth reaching out about — a new VP of Operations joined, the company just raised a round, they opened a new office in your area. Each signal type increases relevance and reply rate.

Decision-makers: who you reach

T1 = office managers, executive assistants, event planners — the people who order catering directly. T2 (Pro+) = HR partners, GMs, ops managers — adjacent buyers when there's no dedicated catering owner. T3 (Premium only) = department heads, founders at smaller companies — useful when smaller orgs have less defined buying roles.

Touches: how the email cadence works

Reply rates double when you follow up. Starter does one email per prospect — a tight signal but no second chance. Pro adds day 7: a short, direct bump with different copy (not "just following up"). Premium adds day 21: a final note that often surfaces "you should talk to so-and-so instead." All follow-ups suppress automatically when the prospect replies.

Reply handling

Replies always land in your real inbox. Pro adds reply categorization (positive lead vs. no-thanks vs. forward vs. out-of-office) so you can triage at a glance. Premium adds AI-drafted response candidates — review and send in one click instead of writing each reply from scratch.

"Up to" framing

Quotas are ceilings, not floors. "Up to 100 prospects per month" means we'll surface at most 100 — actual count depends on signal availability in your market. A quieter market may produce fewer high-quality leads in any given month. The dashboard breaks down "67 surfaced this month = 33 from intent signals, 34 geographic" so you can see where the system is finding traction.

Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel via the customer portal in your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no proration, no clawback.

Multi-location pricing?

Per-location subscriptions. Multi-location discounts on the roadmap (10% off at 2-5, 15% at 6-15, 20% at 16+) — contact us if you have multiple locations and we'll set that up manually until the self-serve flow ships.

What about the 5-prospect free trial?

Sign up, walk through the wizard, and your first 5 prospects are on us — no card required. Once you've seen the emails and decided it's worth it, pick a plan to continue.

What if my market doesn't have enough leads?

Quotas are ceilings, not commitments. If your market is quiet you'll surface fewer prospects, and your effective per-prospect cost goes up. We surface this breakdown in your dashboard so it's never a surprise.

Where do the emails come from?

Through your own Gmail or Outlook (we never send from a Kallista address). Replies land in your real inbox. We hold encrypted send-only OAuth tokens — we don't read your inbox.
